CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (Dec. 19, 2016) Rear Adm. Brad Cooper, the commander of Naval Forces Korea (CNFK) meets with Republic of Korea (ROK) Rear Adm. Kim, Yong-Kwan, the commander of Jinhae Naval Base, during an office call. CNFK is the Navy's representative in the ROK, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in Korea and the region.
