SINGAPORE (April 3, 2017) – Rear Adm. Don Gabrielson, (right), Commander, Navy Region Singapore, and Capt. Jeffrey Hutchinson, (leflt), commanding officer Navy Region Center Singapore, signs a sexual assault prevention proclamation as Navy Region Singapore (NRS) kicked off Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month April 3, 2017, at its Café Lah Community Center as part of a month-long awareness campaign. This year, the theme established by the Department of Defense ) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO), is “Protecting Our People Protects Our Mission.”
