This genus may be separated from other trifili having all the claws unidentate by the triarticulate palpi, the somewhat indistinct constrictions in the flagellate antennal segments of the male, specially the almost obsolete basal portion of the stem and the distinct and characteristic lobe at the internal basal angle of the basal clasp segment.
