Boats are pulled from the water on their reinforced keels by tractors to sit on the shore, thus being safe from bad weather

Fishing vessels pulled ashore to keep safe from the seas and storms. The fishermen, having hauled their nets, sorted out their catch, now regain some strength and make ready for the next trip out. The boats are over-hauled and kept away from the storms and unpredictable weather along the western coasts of Denmark. As the shore levels out several hundred meters into the sea, it is not deep enough for there being natural harbours where the boats could be moored. But they can be brought ashore by means of pulling tractors, and they keep safe on land.
