You surely did.' —Clayton Toben, N. Y. Johann Strauss ItlCetlSe (Mrs- Miller) (Dec) The J fragrant glad. A rather pretty medium size pink that has a very pleasing fragrance. I have known people who could not detect any fragrance in this variety but I will state positively that it is fragrant and it trans- mits its fragrance to its seedlings. Mrs. Miller, the originator, is offering prizes for seedlings of Incense. If you write to Mrs. Anna Miller, Nashport, Ohio she will tell you about this. This variety is patented and it or its increase cannot be sold. 'Incense grew 72', straight as an arrow and really fragrant.' —J. M. Ratcliff, Texas. Innovation (Bath) (Dec) Bronze.
