She is a symbolic representative of Osun, a female deity, known for her munificence in healing and curing of infertility. Osun priestess are found in cities across the world. They are easily recognizable in their attire. Their shrines are places of succour, their ministration bring succour to devotees and other non-devotees seeking solution to their earthly problems.
