SAN ANTONIO, Texas (Dec. 6, 2018) – Rear Adm. Tina Davidson, commander of Navy Medicine Education, Training and Logistics Command (NMETLC), and NMETLC Command Master Chief Richard Putnam, present Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Daniel Guillen, Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC) Sailor of the Year (SOY), a plaque in honor of his selection as NMETLC regional SOY. The four NMETLC regional SOY finalists participated in a variety of activities around the San Antonio area including professional evaluations and heritage activities like tours of the HM "A" School and the Alamo.
