Col. Jeff Van Dootingh, the 28th commander of the 910th Airlift Wing, cuts his celebratory assumption of command cake, June 6, 2021, at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. Van Dootingh has already spent 17 years of his 36-year Air Force career at YARS, filling a variety of positions between 1991 and 2008, now returning after 13 years to take command.
