SEASIDE HEIGHTS, (Nov. 4, 2012) Constructionman Collyn Schagenhauff, from Omaha, Neb., assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, connects a steel cable, from a medium tactical vehicle replacement (MTVR), to a speedboat that was flipped on its side during Hurricane Sandy relief efforts in Seaside Heights. NMCB-11 is operating under the Northern Command Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission, working closely with civil authorities and the Federal Emergency Management Agency following the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy.
