Dennis Farrell, commanding officer, USS Cole (DDG 67), stands on the bridge as the ship pulls in to Augusta Bay, Sicily, during a scheduled port visit Dec. 8, 2014. Cole, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, homeported in Norfolk, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
