The church of San Román, known as Sant Romà de Lloret, is a church in Lloret de Mar, Catalonia, declared an Architectural Heritage Site of Catalonia. Due to its vivid colors, it is one of the most recognizable elements of the old town and tourist center of the city. Lloret de Mar is a Catalan municipality on the Costa Brava (Spain) famous for its Mediterranean beaches. To the east is the castle of Sant Joan, with views of the area. In the center of the town, the church of Sant Romà offers architectural examples of both Catalan Gothic and modernism. The gardens of Santa Clotilde are located on a cliff facing the sea and its style imitates that of the Italian Renaissance.
