Congressman Kevin Hern, District 1, Oklahoma, provides opening remarks during "Meet the Corps" day held at the Tulsa Technology Center in Owasso, Okla., Feb. 20. The two day event hosted by the Society of American Military Engineers in cooperation with the Tulsa District, targets to inform contractors on future work and also give them an opportunity to network and develop partnerships while having access to Corps personnel who may be serving as contract administrators.
