Legs black or blackish; coxae grey pruinose; on the front legs the coxae, femora and the base of the tibiae yellowish, and likewise, but to a slighter degree on the middle legs; also the hind legs with the base of the femora light, and with yellow knees. Front femora with somewhat long hairs on the postero-dorsal side; middle femora with strong bristles on the anterior side; hind femora with longish hairs above and below, longest below; front tibiae with short hairs and some bristles above; middle tibiae short-haired; hind tibiae w'ith bristles on the dorsal and anterior side. Front tibiae a little thickened towards the apex, metatarsi somewhat thicker, a little compressed, with a little longer hairs on the dorsal side and a pair of bristles at the apex; they are about two thirds of the tibiae in length, and as long as the three following joints; the middle metatarsi have a little dilatation at the base on the posterior side, beset with a little longer hairs. All tarsal joints longer than broad. Wings some- what dark tinged. Veins blackish; the upper branch of the cubital vein originating about rectangularly, only slightly diverging, and slightly curved at the apex; anal vein distinct, brownish, not reaching the margin.
