Scott Miller, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and a tracked vehicle repairer with the 541st Sapper Company, 19th Engineer Battalion, checks on the generator used to supply power to the tents, Nov. 8 in Donna, Texas. Soldiers will provide a range of support including planning assistance, engineering support, equipment and resources. Northern Command is providing military support to the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection to secure the southern border of the United States.
