Former 349th Air Mobility Wing Vice Commander, Colonel Adrian K. White was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General during a formal pinning ceremony at The Heritage Center Museum, Travis Air Force Base, California on January 18, 2020. Retired Maj. Gen. Ronald "Bruce” Miller officiated the ceremony.
