Hank Kim, Pacific Partnership 2022 (PP22) mission commander, receives a traditional necklace from a Filipina cultural dancer upon arrival to Puerto Princesa during the kick off of the PP22 mission stop in the Philippines. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
