Aaron Dixon and Installation Management Command-Europe Deputy Director, Col. Chistopher Danbeck, during her visit February 21, 2024. Jacobson went up in the truck to view future sites of a community activity center, Army Family housing and other quality of life projects on Urlas kaserne.
