Three brothers livingand well. One sister dead, diphtheriaand pneumonia. Past History—Normal delivery, breastfed, grew and thrived. At ten years ofage parents noticed that childs feetwere not normal. Seen at clinic and ad-vised to file an application for admissionto hospital. June 10, 1924—Admitted to Phys—Upper Extremities—. Case II. C. H. Before and after operativetreatment of feet. Very well developed, good function,slightly prominent scapulae. Spine—No curvature. Lower Extremities—Thighs very well and equally flexion deformity of the hips orknees. Some atrophy of both feet are deformed in a very similarway. Moderately contracted heel cordswith each foot in cavus, and forefoot invarus deformity. Great toes hyperex-tended. Hypertrophy of the outer as-pect of the medio-tarsus. Procedure for Treatment—Heel cordtenotomy, club-foot type foot stabiliza-tion, plantar fasciotomy, manipulation. June 13, 1924—Operation—Heel cordtenotomy, plantar fasciotomy, club-foottype, foot stabilization, right.
