When the reports of the centennial year were fully summedup it was found that $9,155 had been contributed Gen-eral Educational Fund and $56,674 to the Childrens Fund,making a total of $65,829. The Garrett Biblical Institute at Evanston, 111., receiveda gift of $50,000, with which Heck Hall was erected in mem-ory of Barbara Heck. An equal sum was given to the Bus-ton Theological Seminary, and the school which had beenknown as the Methodist General Biblical Institute, situ-ated at Concord, N H., was removed to Boston and in 1S71became the theological department of the Boston the generosity of Mr. John T Martin, of Brooklyn, 1060 American Methodism N. Y., the Theological Seminary in Germany received thegift of $25,000, by means of which the institution was morefavorably located at Frankfort-on-the-Main, where a build-
