It offers a spectacular, rough scenery in an ancient geological formation. With 627 445 hectares, it is the second largest national park in Western Australia. Dry, dusty plains of the plateau are crossed by winding rivers which suddenly fall down into canyons up to 100 meters deep and fill water basins which provide clear, fresh water for an amazing flora and fauna.
