Hylocereus undatus is the Pitaya blanca or White-fleshed Pitaya has red-skinned fruit with white flesh. This example is cut open in half showing the white flesh and small black seeds inside. It is sweet, refreshing and delicious. Most commonly known as Dragon Fruit or Dragonfruit. It grows in Mexico, Central and South America and in East Asian and Southeast Asian countries such as Cambodia, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Okinawa, Hawaii, Israel, Australia, China and Cyprus.
