The menu is printed on a black-board. Simple food of the best sort is served; even in-dividual bottles of milk are used. The restaurant was opened on May 14 and is averag-ing $20 a night. Purchases may be made with ticketsonly. At the end of every month a public accountingis made, and the prices are adjusted accordingly.
