Figures 44-46. History: All three cases had pus pockets and caused more or lessinflammation of the surrounding tissues. Roentgen Examination: Figure 44 shows an upright lower thirdmolar, impacted in the ramus, with a radiopaque area indicating a puspocket. Figure 45 shows an unerupted obliquely impacted third 46 shows an unerupted third molar tipping backwards. Theradiopaque area around the crown indicates a pus pocket. Figure : Mr. T
