TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Oct. 29, 2018) —Lance Cpl. Ashley Clay, Marine Corps Activity Guam, performs RSOI duties to maintain accountability for the 31st MEU as they provide support for Super Typhoon Yutu relief efforts Oct. 29. Service members from Joint Region Marianas and Indo-Pacific Command are providing Department of Defense support to the CNMI’s civil and local officials as part of the FEMA-supported Super Typhoon Yutu recovery effort.
