Heute gehoert der Gebaeudekomplex UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe und beherbergt das bekannte In Flanders Fields Museum (Dauerausstellung zum Ersten Weltkrieg). / The Cloth Halls at the Market Place (Grote Markt), the central square of town. The Cloth Halls erected mainly in the 13th century and completed 1304, lay in ruins after artillery fire devastated Ypres in World War One. Today it belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage and is home of the famous Flanders Fields Museum. GT
