Representatives from the Coast Guard Pacific Strike Team, from Novato, Calif., Coast Guard Marine Environmental Detachment Portland, Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the Oregon National Response Corporation conduct a site assessment and hazard categorization at a submerged land lease site near Goble, Ore., May 9, 2017.
