Senior Airman Anthony Gilliam Jr., 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron C-17 Globemaster III loadmaster, raises C-17 ramp after receiving cargo during a mission in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, Aug. 17, 2017, at the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing, Southwest Asia. The C-17 is capable of rapid strategic delivery of troops and all types of cargo to bases throughout the Central Command area of responsibility.
