The Hague city centre, The Netherlands. Sunday 29 October, 2023. Police estimated 6,000 plus pro-Palestinian, held their protest: National Demonstration for Palestine. The protesters marched peacefully through The Hague this afternoon. Protesters gathered on the Malieveld then marched through the city in a long procession that passed through the Hofvijver, Plein 1813 and then passed by the Freedom Palace. There was no shortage of flags, chants and banners, the most common being “Stop the genocide” and “Stop the War Now”. And, the most common chant of all ‘From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free.” The demonstration was organised by numerous organizations with a demand that the Netherlands cut ties with Israel. An estimated 300,000 protesters marched the streets of London this weekend in solidarity with Palestine. In America, Jew’s and supporters in solidarity with Palestine, held an impressive protest in New York’s Grand Central Station during the rush hour on Friday, wearing black T-shirts saying “Jews say cease-fire now” an “Not in my name”. At least 200 demonstrators were detained by the NYPD. On the 7 October 2023, 1,400 Jews were slain on the Israel, Gaza border during a music festival by the militant fighting group of Hamas and 229 hostages were taken to Gaza. Image Caption.
