Bicycles parked infront of part of the open-air exhibition entitled Cambridge Portrait by British photographer Martin Parr

The Grand Arcade is a 450,000 sq ft redevelopment in the heart of Cambridge and will include 52 shops with the major tenant being the John Lewis Partnership. The developers commissioned British photographer Martin Parr to photograph the city and his images are being displayed around the building site. Most residents have viewed the images with indifference, often mistaking them for advertising hoardings.
