A rare phenomenon: noctilucent (night-shining) clouds. These clouds are so high, about 50 miles up, in the atmosphere that even more than an hour after sunset, in the dark, the sun fully illuminated these ice clouds. Photo was taken in Lithuania. 2012-07-03
