Sf of Canada, in the Province of Ontario : Most Worshipful Sir and I have the honor to submit my report on the condi-tion of Masonry in the Thirteenth Masonic District,familiarly known as the Prince Edward District, for thepast year, and before doing so desire to express mysincere thanks to my brethren for having elected me tothe high and honorable position of District DeputyGrand Master, and for the many kindnesses shown tome while performing my duties. My first official act was to appoint W. Bro. S. B. Mc-Clung, District Secretary, and B. W. Bro. Eev. W. , District Chaplain, both of Trent Lodge, No. 38,Trenton.
