The state railways, SJ YO1P 687, was built by Hilding Carlsson for Gotland railways. It was delivered in May 1946 and was called GJ By 4. It was taken over by SJ at the first time of Gotland railways in 1948 and was then painted and received the new literate SJ YO1P 687.
