The Lord Mayor's Show, now in its 802nd year, makes its way from the City of London to the Royal Courts of Justice today in a display of pageantry featuring a 6,500 strong procession. The Lord Mayor's Show is London's biggest annual display of marching bands, with 20 of the country's finest taking part. The procession is led off by the band of the Coldstream Guards and the new Lord Mayor - Charles Bowman, in the State Coach, is preceded on horseback by the Band of the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment.
