Its large white flowers, which are pro- duced in winter, make it one of the most valu- able for winter flower- ing plants. 20 to 50c. each. CALLA RICH- ARDIA AL- BA MACU- LATA. A'ariegata. Beautifnl- ly spotted leaves. It flowers during the sum- mer in pots or planted out in the open border. The flowers are shaped CALLA. like the Calla and are pure •white. It is a de- ciduous plant, kept dry in winter and started in the spring like a Dahlia. Large bulbs 40c. each; smaller, "J-tc. each. CANNA. A very desirable and showy class of plants, with immense and finely variegated foliage, growing to the height of four to feet, and terminating with flne spikes of yellow, orange, or scarlet flow- ers.
