SOUDA BAY, Greece (Oct. 23) - Adm. Mark Ferguson, commander, Naval Forces Europe-Africa, speaks to Sailors during an all hands call at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Souda Bay. Ferguson visited Souda Bay to thank Sailors stationed there for supporting forward naval forces and to strengthen the enduring partnership with Hellenic Navy counterparts.
