19th Century view of the Church, Belfry and Round Tower in Swords. The Round Tower is the only remnant of a monastery founded by St Columba/St Colmcille in 512AD. Swords or Sord or Sord Cholmcille, County Dublin, Ireland. The new church of early Gothic style was built in 1811 on the foundations of the old.
