The plants grow from 18 to 24 inches hgh and begin flowering in July, continuing until late in October. Its beautiful Centaurea-like blossoms are of a delicate lavender-blue color and very valuable for cutting. Pkt. 10c. STOKESIA CYANEA, CORKFLOWEK ASTER Winter Stock Beauty of Nice This stock grows from 2 to 2Vz feet high and throws up a main flower spike of about 12 inches in length. AH around the central .stem the plant sends out a number of long side shoots which are covered with large double and very fragrant flowers nearly two inches across, re- markable for their beauty of form and color, which is a delicate shade of fleshy pink. It comes into bloom as early as the well-known Ten-Week. Pkt. 25c. Winter Stock 'Queen Alexandra' This handsome novelty is of the same type as the 'Beauty of Nice,' introduced last season and which ex- cited great admiration among flower growers. The plant produces a strong center spike about 1 foot in height, with many side shoots, all furnished with large and very double flowers of a beautiful rosy-lilac tint. Can be grown for either spring or autumn flowering. Pkt. 35c.
