In 90 per cent, of the cases all that appears on the plateis the evidence of intracranial pressure and the common findingsare compression or destruction of the posterior clinoid processes, enlargement of the bloodvessel channels distributed to the affected SELLA 85 area and, at times, increased impressions of the cerebral convolu-tions. In severe cases separation of one or more suture lines maybe present. Subdural Hemorrhages.—Subdural hemorrhages cannot be diag-nosed on the roentgenogram. Thin areas in the temporal region orareas of increased density in the parietals are often erroneouslypointed out as hemorrhag
