NEW YORK (May 24, 2017) A Sailor assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) secures a rat guard to a mooring line as the ship arrives at Pier 88 in downtown Manhattan for Fleet Week New York (FWNY). FWNY, now in its 29th year, is the city's time honored celebration of the sea services.
