Sow In the spring, in drills eighteen inches apart, covering lightly. Parsnip seed is ?ery slow in germinating, especially when the ground is dry. When the plants are two Inches high thin out to four or six inches apart One ounce of seed will sow two hundred feet of drill. Five pounds to the acre. v Wood's Improved Sugar Parsnip.
