General Jeff talks with a friend on San Pedro St. between 5th and 6th St. in Skid Row Los Angeles on Monday April 13th 2009. The General has lived in an SRO in the are since aug 2006. He had been working in the entertainment industry and moved to the Row because he was trying to keep his costs low while financing a project. But once he arrived in Skid Row he was appalled by the conditions and became a community activist.
