(3) Failure on the part of thetourist making reservation on any oneof the trips (in accordance with Rule1 ) to complete purchase of the ticketin the time specified above will causethe forfeiture by him of his deposit,which automatically becomes the prop-erty of the A picturesque spat on the Hudson Bay Railway (4) The above conditiotis will be strictly adhered to for the followingreasons: Unless the Association protect themselves from the possible erratic booking of reservations by would betourists it would be impossible forthem to protect, in turn, the harmon-ious arrangement made by them forthose parties seriously intending tomake the trip. (5) For the convenience ofthose tourists passing through Winni-peg the Association have made ar-rangements with the management ofthe Marlborough Hotel—Winnipegslatest modern and up-to-date hostelry—to make reservations for them at theMarlborough on the basis of $ perday which charge includes room, breakfast, lunch and dinner. On receipt ofthe necessary amount to cover the required reservation, the Association willbe pleased to forward the necessary hotel coupons.
