GREAT LAKES, Il. (May 03, 2017) Capt. Xavier Flament of the Mexican Navy congratulates recruits on their successful completion of Battle Stations 21 during their capping ceremony at the USS Trayer, May 3, at Recruit Training Command. Four senior foreign liaison members from Fleet Forces Command who toured RTC and Training Support Center over a three-day period. The officers were representing the Mexican, Brazilian, Chilean, and Peruvian navies. About 30,000-40,000 recruits graduate annually from the Navy's only boot camp.
