SAN DIEGO (Aug. 23, 2022) Lt. Claudia Mackenzie, from Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62), reunites with her family after the ship returns from deployment. Fitzgerald, a part of the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group, returned to Naval Base San Diego, following a seven-month deployment to the 3rd, 5th and 7th Fleets in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
