Allegory on the 100-year anniversary of Dutch freedom, 1648-1748. The raised personification of peace tricks in the air with an olive branch and a caduceus. Under her, Minerva receives a lance with a liberty hat from a putto. A second putto offers vigilance in the middle a book. Fully links a third putto diabolical figures with a spear in a flame sea. At the bottom the town hall completed in 1648 at Amsterdam in Amsterdam with a portrait of Jacob van Campen and a performance of piling work at construction.
