PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (August 14, 2018) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Roderick Lagunero, from San Diego, Calif., assembles a mosquito trap at the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard base during Southern Partnership Station 2018. Southern Partnership Station is a Southern Command-sponsored and Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet-conducted annual deployment focused on subject matter expert exchanges and building partner capacity in a variety of disciplines including medicine, construction and dive operations in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
