Tools rest on a toolbox beside a C-130J Super Hercules Jan. 19, 2016, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The C-130J was due for a C-2 isochronal (ISO) inspection. During the ISO inspection, the aircraft is examined from tip to tip, nose to tail and top to bottom to determine the need for any necessary and preventative maintenance.
