The cauldron from the Sydney Olympic Games redesigned as a water feature

The cauldron from the Sydney Olympic Games redesigned as a water feature by Richard Curruthers of Water Features Australia. Cathy Freeman ignited the cauldron using the Olympic flame at the start of the 2000 games. The water feature design symbolises the moment the cauldron rose out of the lake and started its ascent. Mr Curruthers was murdered in his bed in June 2007
