Cox, a retired Navy rear admiral, gives remarks on naval artifacts and their preservation during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for “Future Campus Vision”, an exhibit showcasing the new National Museum of the United States Navy (NMUSN), July 27, 2021, at the current NMUSN.
