Henry Du Pr Bounetheau. In this miniature, Henry Brintnell Bounetheau captured his love for his only child, Henry Du Pré Bounetheau (1842-1901), painted when the boy was seven years old. The painter’s son died in the great Jacksonville, Florida, fire of May 3, 1901.
